The Nagaland Board of School Education (NBSE) has announced the NBSE Routine 2026 and the High School Leaving Certificate (HSLC) Class 10 Examination 2026 will be conducted from February 13-26, 2026, whereas the Higher Secondary School Leaving Certificate (HSSLC) Class 12 Exams 2026 will be held from February 12, 2026 till March 09, 2026. The NBSE Exams are conducted from 9 am till 12 noon on the given exam dates, for both the classes. The NBSE HSSLC (Class 12th) Practical Exams 2026 are being conducted from 3rd December till 12th December 2025, as has been notified by the Nagaland Board. NBSE is responsible for the development of secondary education in the state of Nagaland and is headquartered at Kohima, Nagaland. The foundation stone of this education board was laid on 15 November, 1973 but it commenced working and operating from October 1, 1974.
