Telangana Inter 1st Year Exams 2026

The Telangana Board of Intermediate Education (TGBIE) has announced conducting the TS Intermediate First Year Examinations 2026 from February 25, 2026 till March 17, 2026. Over 4.75 lakh students appear for the TSBIE Inter 1st Year Exams each year, including the General & Vocational category students. The Practical Examinations will be conducted from February 02, 2026 (Monday) till February 21, 2026 (Saturday) in two sessions i.e., Morning Session from 9 am to 12 noon and Afternoon Session from 2-5 pm. Other dates of practical exams are as follows: English - January 21, 2026 (Wednesday); Ethics and Human Values - January 23, 2026 (Friday); Environmental Education - January 24, 2026 (Saturday). The Board has also clarified that if the dates of the Intermediate Practical Examinations 2026 coincide with the JEE Mains 2026 schedule, the candidates appearing for JEE Mains will be provided a special provision / alternative arrangement to write the Inter Practical exams.
